4. What changes would you make to the Association?
- 1.Promotion
- 1.1 Youth and growth
- there should be provincial school championships in
every province
- getting ultimate onto the varsity schedule at the
public, high school, and post-secondary levels
- I would focus on growth and promotion
- Association take a much more active role in the development
of the sport at a national level.
- more active promoting all levels of the sport from
elite to grass roots.

- Prove to everyone that their fees are going to
good use instead of to favorite leagues (TO, VA, Ott).
- Provide some sort of explanation about how CUPA
membership fees are spent.
- Publicize the budget for Nationals to allow participants
to see where their money goes.
- reason to become a member outside of playing a
nationals series.

- Players seem to get very little for their membership.

- 3.1 Tournament
- improve its governing presence
- coordination between regional/city groups and CUPA
- Interact with the UPA and the provincial/civic

manages team and club rosters during regional, national and internationl
competitions
- ensure that those players registered for nationals/regionals
are actually those who are playing

If you're not going to enforce your policies (i.e. junior consent
forms at Nationals), don't waste my time.

a year that would act as the tournaments that teams aim to win in
a season.

- better reporting of results from regional tourneys,
