10. What changes would you make to the database?

• Rosters
  • Allow the Regional Coordinators to see the rosters of the teams in their region
  • As an organizer of 2 teams, I can't get access to both rosters.
  • If a player has already been selected, the computer should tell you which team and the captain contact information
  • More freedom to edit mine and my team's information
  • Something to make it clear who is eligible to play and what region they are playing for
  • player should probably register on a team as well so that no one can add them to a team without them knowing.

• Payment
  • Combine it with fee payment and provide confirmation.
  • a little more security into the database
  • paying for the CUPA and CUC on different databases added to the confusion.
• Other
  • in the future there will be one deadline, and no change after that
  • Keep making it easier to use
    

12. Please explain your answer to the previous question.

• Food
  • Not enough field food/water - especially at remote locations
  • No BBQ or vendors at the fields for athletes.
• Cost
  • we paid far too much in fees with little return to players
  • I think that would be nice to see where all the money goes to.
  • I don't see the services provided amounting to $100 per player
  • Gaia should only be given exclusive merchandising rights if tangible benefits accrue to participants
• Party
  • Party left a lot of people out on the street.
  • no one at the bar knew anything about the shuttles
• Tournament
  • Schedule was good, time keepers good
  • having timekeepers/scorekeepers was excellent
  • Fields were in good condition,
  • Excellent location and viewing for the finals.

14. If yes, why?

• Family and friends; used for family holidays.
• School; too close to the start of school.
• Conflict with other Tournaments and the UPA Fall Series
• Other reasons
  • no flight deals then.
  • Far too much going on over Labor Day.
  • I think it's too late in the season
  • I'd rather not travel on a busy holiday weekend
