Mission of SCUFL:
The St. Catharines Ultimate Frisbee League (SCUFL) is a non profit organization whose aim is to increase interest in Ultimate Frisbee within the Niagara Penninsula. We encourage everyone to attend these games, regardless of skill, age, ability or otherwise. We are always ready to teach people the basics, and to help people improve their game.
Pick up games are played on Thursdays at 5:30 PM at Brock University, near the baseball diamonds in the Zone 2 (Lot V) parking lot. As always, games are totally free and are played until too dark to do otherwise. Games will be played outdoors at Brock until mid-November, and will resume in the spring.
Please bring to the pick up game:
-A white (or light) coloured shirt
-A black (or dark) coloured shirt
-Decent running shoes
