The Ultimate Canada (CUPA) development committee plays a vital role in shaping Ultimate Canada’s policies for junior development. If you have a passion for junior Ultimate we would encourage you to consider applying to join this committee and shape the future of Canadian Ultimate.

Committee Responsibilities
-Meet 4-times per year by conference call with email communication between meetings
-Provide recommendations and proposals for the Ultimate Canada board of directors in the following areas:

1. Junior division at CUC
2. Development and operation of existing and new Ultimate Canada events and initiatives for junior Ultimate
3. Development and collection of resources for junior Ultimate
4. Implementation of the Ultimate Canada NCCP once it is established
5. Development and operation of programs to support coaches
6. Development of a long-term plan for junior Ultimate in Canada

There are currently 3 positions available for application: Eastern representative, Western representative and at-large representative.
