Ultimate Canada (CUPA) Development Committee (français)
The Ultimate Canada (CUPA) development committee plays a vital role in shaping Ultimate Canada’s policies for junior development. If you have a passion for junior Ultimate we would encourage you to consider applying to join this committee and shape the future of Canadian Ultimate.
Committee Responsibilities
-Meet 4-times per year by conference call with email communication between meetings
-Provide recommendations and proposals for the Ultimate Canada board of directors in the following areas:
- Junior division at CUC
- Development and operation of existing and new Ultimate Canada events and initiatives for junior Ultimate
- Development and collection of resources for junior Ultimate
- Implementation of the Ultimate Canada NCCP once it is established
- Development and operation of programs to support coaches
- Development of a long-term plan for junior Ultimate in Canada

There are currently 3 positions available for application: Eastern representative, Western representative and at-large representative.
